Why developing your fashion photography eye is important for models and photographers?
I know this seems obvious but it's missed by many models and photographers every day. Everyday this mistake sets back models and photographers alike because the images they are presenting to the world on social media is not on a professional level...so they are not taken serious. When I first started in photography, no one was posting my rolls of film online. These days, things that are posted online are there forever. Literally anything you post can come back to haunt you. Make sure that what you are putting out there to represent your brand...is the best.

3 Step to grow your eye to fashion photography
1. Get Inspired by other photographers by looking at current and vintage images in magazines such as Harper's Bizarre or Vogue.
2. Practice lighting styles from images that you see in these magazines.
3. Get a model and shoot in the studio and out! This will help you discover what you like most which will eventually turn into your style. Now that being said, some fashion photographers spend their career without developing a "style" but about mastering light in a way that you can create and recreate various looks. These types of photographers typically make for the best commercial photographers as they have the skill set to produce images needed for brands.
